A Gentle Creature and Other Stories: White Nights; A Gentle Creature; The Dream of a Ridiculous Man (Oxford World's Classics)
Just reviewing a Gentle Creature. This is a little change, because he actually explains in the preface what he is doing stylistically, which is notably different from most of his other work. It's interesting and it is a real twist on the "man saving a woman" plot. I have trouble with the male character sometimes, but I guess he's not that different from many of the other protagonists in his other shorter works.
