Travels with My Aunt (Penguin Classics Deluxe Edition)
Not one of his best but amusing and diverting anyway. Some of the stories Augusta tells are better than the main story (especially the tax one). The reveal is very well done (I was wondering and wondering how he was going to do it and it still sort of surprised me). But it still feels inconsequential. More than many of his other “entertainments,” this really does feel like one.
